Models listed below are available in Provincial & Federal or Custom elevations designed with your input. Provincial elevations are all stucco. Federals include brick fronts and Dutchlap vinyl side and rear elevations. All include three car side entry garages & two story  foyers, studies and large master bedroom suites with high tray ceilings and master baths with vaulted ceilings. *The square footage of home with *includes 1000 sq. ft. of finished area in the basement with a full bath.


The Chelsea is an elegant French Provincial with an open soft contemporary interior layout and dining room that is located behind the living room.
